This is the first time we engaged Novenmaid for a maid and we are glad to have Colly and her manager served us. Colly has been friendly, responsive and professional and especially helpful in the clarification of employment terms. The whole process was smooth thus we would certainly recommend Colly and Novenmaid as a reliable maid agency.

I would like to thank Ms. Joe for her excellent service. The Indonesian maids she has recommended to me have all been very good, and I am very satisfied with their performance. Ms. Joe is professional, patient, and always provides prompt and reliable support whenever I need assistance. It has been a pleasant experience dealing with her. I highly recommend Ms. Joe and her agency to anyone looking for a reliable Indonesian maid.

Thank you, Joanne, for helping me with the application for my kakak.

I had heard many negative stories about hiring a kakak, so I was actually quite worried and had some concerns about bringing one in.

Thankfully, the whole process went very smoothly. It only took a little over two months for my kakak to arrive. So far, she has been very obedient, and it seems like she has received proper training before.

Thank you again for your help and support throughout the whole process. 😊

Highly recommend this maid agency. Joe provided good service throughout the entire process. She is professional, responsible and very responsive. The after-sales service is also great, she continue to provide support even after the maid starts work. The maid is properly trained as well. Very satisfied with overall experience!

I just got a maid from this agency, the person in charge Sylvia, very professional with her work. She spend a lot of time explaining in detail of the contract. If you looking for a reliable source , I strongly recommend her.
