What to Expect During the Hiring Process
Time and progress updates

Candidate selection
We recruit domestic helpers from Indonesia and the Philippines. Our team screens candidates, including overseas interviews, and considers each family's household needs when discussing suitable profiles.
Entry, training and medical checks
We help with the required visa and entry process. Candidates complete applicable training and medical checks before placement, including the relevant FOMEMA arrangements.
Support if the match is unsuitable
We remain available to discuss placement concerns and the support covered by your agreement, including any replacement arrangement that applies.
